Fulfillment workflow

Light PEPTQ uses internal status tracking rather than Shippo or a driver application. Supported status stages include order placed, product packaging, ready for shipment, on the way/in route, delivered, and completed.

Carrier tracking

When an order is shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another carrier, the owner can attach the carrier and tracking number to the order record.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping address, city, state, and ZIP details. The map preview helps confirm the intended destination before checkout.
